Alaska Airlines (NYSE:ALK) reported a 6.4% increase in traffic on a 1.9% increase in capacity compared to January 2011. This resulted in a 3.5-point increase in load factor to a January record of 83.6%. The airline also reported 79% of its flights arrived on time in January, despite the snow and ice storm in Seattle, where on-time performance was 33.1% on January 18 and 24.5% on January 19. The monthly on-time rate compares to 85.3% reported in January 2011. Alaska Air Group (NYSE:ALK) has potential upside of 12.9% based on a current price of .43 and an average consensus analyst price target of .45.

BE Aerospace (NASDAQ:BEAV) reported Q4 EPS of .60, better than analyst estimates of .56 per share. Revenues for the quarter rose 20.8% year-over-year to 4.70 million, missing consensus estimates of 5.56 million. Commenting on the Company's 2011 performance, Amin J. Khoury, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of B/E Aerospace said, "I am pleased to report that our 2011 results were the best in the Company's history. Sales, earnings, cash flow, bookings and backlog were all records. In addition, the Company's operating margin expanded 120 basis points to 17.1 percent (17.3 percent adjusted). The substantial margin expansion was driven by our commercial aircraft and business jet segments which more than offset the margin drag from the consumables management segment acquisitions which we have now begun to integrate." BE Aerospace (NASDAQ:BEAV) has potential upside of 12.7% based on a current price of .2 and an average consensus analyst price target of .56.
