I wish I could be more positive towards this very nice jacket . This Jacket is very well made. Its of high quality made to the government specs. Sadly, its made in China so I must boycott the purchase of any more . The issue is that this is THE American flight jacket. Its a classic yet its made in China by communists?! The jacket itself is ok. The quality IS less than the older ones made in Burma and the USA. The nylon seems lighter and thinner than the older ones. If you have no choice , then this is a good buy , but try to find the real ones made in America. Alpha, please excuse the harshness but this is what I feel about the matter. I know its not a real military jacket, but one simply made to the government specs. Its not official issue as such and is civilian in every way. Its a great jacket and I love them .. it would be perfect if it was made in the USA. To sum up.. its certainly one of the finest and bets made jackets money can buy... but it is made in China now .. and this is supposed to be a US military type jacket. Alpha .. please fix this...
