Your humble editor and publisher of AeroSpaceNews.com has made an appearance on Secrets of the Black Box, a History Channel program covering the crash of Korean Air Flight 007. This is a plane crash that never should have happened. These shows look into the lessons taught by the so-called black boxes containing the flight data recorder (FDR) and cockpit voice recorders (CVR).
